What does a typical website project include?
Most projects include strategic messaging and positioning, a responsive website build, organized services or capabilities, a project or work gallery, a contact or inquiry form, page titles and descriptions, basic setup so Google can understand the site, and content and image migration. Larger scopes add structured quote, estimate or service intake, a project library, CRM or lead routing, and ongoing visibility work.
Does BUILD write the website copy?
Yes. Messaging and positioning are part of every package. We work from conversations with you, your existing materials and the way your customers actually describe the work, then you review and approve the copy before it is built.
Can BUILD use our existing photos, Facebook content and project images?
Yes. Content and image migration is included, and real photos of your team, projects and completed work are almost always stronger than stock imagery. We will help select, organize and prepare what you already have.
Can you improve our current website or does it need to be rebuilt?
Both paths are possible. The Digital Presence Refresh covers a refresh or a rebuild depending on what the current site can support. We look at the existing site during the fit call and recommend the approach that creates the most value.
How long does a typical project take?
Most focused website projects launch in approximately 30 days once required content and approvals are available. Larger systems and ongoing engagements run longer and are scoped up front.
Who owns the website, copy and creative assets?
You do. The website, copy and creative assets created for your business belong to your business.
Can forms connect to our email, CRM or existing systems?
Yes. The Digital Sales System and Growth Foundation scopes include CRM or lead-routing integration, automated confirmation and follow-up, and tracking for quote, estimate and contact requests. We connect to the systems your team already uses where the platform allows it.
Does the work include SEO and Google Business Profile support?
Yes, at the level the package supports. That can include organizing the site around the services and questions customers search for, reviewing or improving your Google business listing, connecting your social profiles, and structuring content so AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude can better understand your business. No platform can guarantee rankings or recommendations.
Is ongoing support available?
Yes. The Growth Foundation is built for continued visibility work, content planning, ongoing website and Google business listing improvements, and executive-level marketing guidance.
How much does a project cost?
Every scope is priced to the business, its customers and the systems already in place, so pricing is shared after the fit call along with the recommended scope, deliverables and timeline.
What if we already have a decent website?
Then we usually do not rebuild it. Plenty of businesses need sharper messaging, better organized services, stronger proof and a real inquiry path more than they need a new site. We look at what you have on the fit call and recommend the smallest change that creates the most value.
What do you need from us to keep the project on schedule?
One decision-maker who can review and approve, access to existing photos and materials, a short kickoff conversation about your customers and work, and timely feedback at the two review points. That is usually a few hours of your time across the project.
